72 Hour Flexible Policy

Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the arrival date will be subject to a 100% penalty of the total reservation amount.

Payment Methods

1. Pay Now

100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.

2. Pay at the Hotel

5% will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining amount will be settled at check-in.

Payment Information

In case of no-show or cancellation in accordance with the policy, the credit card provided at the time of booking will be automatically charged or refunded, as the case may be.
Upon check-in, guests are required to present photo identification and the credit card used for full payment or as a guarantee for the reservation.
By making your reservation, you agree that associated transaction fees and service costs are non-refundable. This means that in the event of a cancellation of your reservation, these costs will not be refunded, as they correspond to the services processed at the time of confirmation.
